How can I add a stay?
Ruumly can add a stay by searching for a hotel, using your current location, scanning a room card, importing a booking screenshot, or entering the details manually.
Why does Ruumly ask for location access?
Location can be used for features such as travel estimates, directions and nearby places. You control location permission through iPhone Settings.
Does the Taxi Card show my room number?
No. The Taxi Card is deliberately designed to leave out your room number, floor and private notes while showing the hotel details needed to get you back.
Can I protect the app with Face ID or Touch ID?
Ruumly includes an optional biometric app lock. When enabled, your device authentication is required to open the app.
Where are my stay details stored?
Ruumly is designed around local-first storage. If you choose to use its optional backup, stay details can also be stored in your private Apple iCloud account. See the privacy policy for details.
