HanDigi Studio believes privacy information should be understandable. This policy describes the information Ruumly uses to provide its features and the choices available to you.
Information you choose to save
Ruumly stores hotel stay information you choose to add, such as the hotel, dates, room details, notes and preferences. This information is used to provide the app’s stay-management features.
Location
If you grant location access, Ruumly uses your location for features such as travel estimates, directions and nearby places. You control location permission through iOS Settings.
Photos
Photos you add to a stay are stored locally on your device. They are not included in Ruumly’s optional stay-detail backup.
iCloud backup
If you choose to use backup, stay details can be stored in your private Apple iCloud account. Ruumly does not operate a separate HanDigi account or public cloud profile for your stays.
Taxi Card privacy
The Taxi Card is deliberately designed not to display your room number, floor or private notes.
Analytics and advertising
Ruumly does not use advertising frameworks or third-party analytics SDKs.
Data sharing
HanDigi Studio does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only where needed to provide a feature you choose, comply with law, or use an Apple or third-party service described in this policy.
Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally can generally be removed by deleting it within the app where available or by deleting the app. Information stored through Apple services is also subject to the controls available through your Apple account and device settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information in circumstances where parental consent would be required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
