HanDigi Studio believes privacy information should be understandable and that you should decide which parts of your day an app can use. MyDay is designed around selective permissions, native Apple data ownership and minimal duplication.
Calendar and reminders
You control which calendars and reminder lists MyDay can surface. MyDay reads and, when you explicitly ask it to, creates or edits the same native events and reminders used by Apple Calendar and Reminders. Events remain Calendar events and reminders remain Reminders — MyDay does not require you to migrate them into a separate task or calendar database.
Weather and location
MyDay can use location and Apple Weather information to provide local conditions, alerts, rain timing and other weather context. Location access is controlled through iOS permissions.
Health information
Health integration is optional. MyDay requests only the supported Health information needed for features you choose to enable, such as selected activity, workout, energy, stand or medication context. Apple Health permissions remain under your control, and MyDay does not need Health write access for its current read-only health features.
Natural-language capture and on-device intelligence
On supported devices, MyDay can use Apple’s on-device intelligence to interpret natural-language capture such as a proposed event or reminder. MyDay shows you the proposed result before anything is saved. It is not designed to send this personal capture to third-party or cloud AI services, and captured text is discarded after save or cancel unless it becomes content you explicitly save to the selected native Apple app.
Native apps remain authoritative
MyDay is an intelligence and presentation layer over Apple services, not a replacement for them. Events remain in Calendar, reminders remain in Reminders, Health information remains in Apple Health, and Daily Notes remain in Apple Notes. MyDay is designed to avoid creating unnecessary app-owned copies of that personal content.
Notes and daily context
Daily Notes remain in Apple Notes. Where MyDay offers a Daily Note action, it hands off through a user-controlled Apple Shortcut or supported Apple mechanism rather than reading and maintaining your Notes content as a separate MyDay database.
Travel information
Location and schedule context may be used on your device to show useful travel or leave-by information associated with events.
Widgets and app data
MyDay may create limited local snapshots needed to display selected information in widgets and the app interface. These snapshots are used for MyDay features rather than for advertising.
Accounts and advertising
MyDay does not require a separate HanDigi user account and is not designed around advertising or selling personal data.
Data sharing
HanDigi Studio does not sell your personal information. MyDay is designed so permissions are progressive and optional wherever possible. You decide which supported sources to enable, and information is used only as needed to provide the features you choose or to comply with law.
Data retention and deletion
Information stored locally can generally be removed by deleting it within the app where available or by deleting the app. Information stored through Apple services is also subject to the controls available through your Apple account and device settings.
Children
The app is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information in circumstances where parental consent would be required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
